Register
To get started on Who-Remembers-Me.com, you will first need to register your details. Once you have registered, you can log in.
Add Attendances
After you have logged in, you can add your ‘attendances’. What do we mean by 'attendances'? Attendances are the names of any institutions you may have attended or belonged to, such as colleges, schools clubs, the streets you have lived on and places you have worked.
On Who-Remembers-Me.com there are 18 different ‘attendance categories’ to choose from, as well as a direct 'Name Search' facility. If you do not add any attendances, you will not appear on the site. Conversely, the more attendances you add, the easier it is for you to be found by old friends.
The more attendances you add, the better chance you’ll have of reconnecting with people from your past. And whenever a new member adds an ‘attendance’ that matches one of yours, we will instantly email you with a link directly to their profile.
Profiles
To let old friends know how you are doing, we recommend that all our members write a short profile. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Your Profile’ button after you have logged in. Until you have done this, you will be allocated one of our standard profiles. You may choose a different standard profile until you have time to write your own.
Search the site
Who-Remembers-Me.com is free. To search the site click on the 'Search' folder at the top of this page. This takes you through to the 'Attendance Search' page. Type in the name of the attendance you are looking for, i.e. school name, add the location and select a category from the list. Then, specify which country you’d like to search, include dates to help refine your search and click 'Search'.
Contacting old friends
Register your details, add your profile and attendances and then search the attendance categories for the person you wish to find; it really is that easy! If and when you find the person you’re looking for, you’ll then have the option to send them a message through the site – whether you do or not is entirely up to you...
